Episode 30 of Beyond the Bell is one we’re especially proud to share.

This episode highlights our very first year of Project SEARCH in Citrus County—a powerful, nationally recognized program that is already changing lives. Through a unique partnership between Citrus County Schools, HCA Florida Citrus Hospital, Goodwill Industries Suncoast, and Vocational Rehabilitation, students are gaining real-world job experience, building confidence, and taking meaningful steps toward employment.

In this inaugural year, nine interns have participated in three hands-on rotations at the hospital, and we’re already celebrating success—with students securing employment and many more building the skills they need for long-term independence.

This program is more than an opportunity—it’s a testament to what can happen when a community comes together to support every student’s future.
