Adult English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Classes

This course is designed to teach students to listen, speak, read, and write English in life skills.  It is a blended classroom with face-to-face instruction supported by a computer program which can be accessed for extended learning at home.  All levels of speakers are welcome.

    • 18 years old or older (contact Student Services if under 18 years old)
    • Take a CASAS Test or have a current CASAS score (within the last four [4] months)

    • A $40.00 enrollment fee once a year which covers the cost of the CASAS Test. Tuition fee of $30.00 per session per student. Sessions are August – December and January-May.
    • If a student misses 6 consecutive days, they will be withdrawn.  To be re-enrolled in the same session a $10.00 fee is assessed.

  • Current Schedule for ESOL Classes for Fall Session 2025:

    August 12 – December 18, 2025

    Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

    12:00 pm to 3:00 pm  OR   4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

    Classes are held at Withlacoochee Technical College, 1201 W. Main Street, Inverness, FL.
